Member Contact & Coverage Updates
To ensure accurate contact information and coverage areas, please review and update your details regularly. These updates are vital for protecting buried facilities and ensuring public safety in Montana.
Contacting the Database Department
For all correspondence regarding contact information or coverage please email [email protected]. Please include your Company Name and District Code in any correspondence.
Contact Information Updates
To update your contact details, email [email protected] to request a pre-filled Member Form. Review and return the form with any necessary changes.
Note: For multiple District Codes, a separate form will likely be required.
Ticket Delivery Costs & Email Waiver
Members are charged the base ticket cost for each destination their tickets are sent to. To avoid extra costs, many members set up a dedicated email on their end (e.g., [email protected]) that automatically forwards tickets to relevant parties, simplifying personnel management and vacation coverage.
Fax and voice deliveries incur extra surcharges. Members can switch to email ticket delivery (more cost-effective) by completing and returning the waiver form to [email protected]:

Coverage Area Updates via iMap
To view or manage your coverage area online, request access to iMap, a free web-based tool. For each person needing access, please provide:
- District Code(s)
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address

Locator Ticket Management (LTM)
LTM is an online tool available to members for managing locate tickets, provided at no additional cost. You can use LTM without having to change your existing ticket delivery and/or emergency callout settings. If you find you prefer using LTM and want to change/remove your existing ticket delivery and/or emergency callout settings then please let the call center know by emailing [email protected]. With LTM, you can do the following and more:
- Assign incoming tickets to locators based on defined areas
- Set up email/text alerts to as many recipients as needed, at no additional cost
- These alerts can even be limited to just emergency tickets if desired
- Note that alerts are not full ticket deliveries, they just alert you that you there is a new ticket in the system for your District Code
- Post responses via Positive Response / Ticket Check
- Attach photos to tickets for your records
- Run reports
