Report an Issue
If you have discovered a possible issue with an existing, submitted One-Call Underground Locate Ticket, please use the below form to report the problem(s). Your report will be forwarded to the Call Center where one of our Call Center Staff will review your information and investigate the issue(s). If necessary, they may issue a corrected ticket. Please ensure that you provide a good telephone number so they can contact you quickly with any follow-up questions they may have.
