Online Ticket Submission – ITICnxt for Professional Excavator / Farmer-Rancher /Rural Locate
ITICnxt is the latest generation of online ticket submission using interactive tools that allow you to enter your locate requests and updates in real time with the Call Center. This free service is available for professional excavators, farmers/ranchers, homeowners or DIYers needing more features than ITIC Lite provides, or anyone that does not having a specific address for their excavation location.
To submit a ticket online, click the green button below. If you are a first-time user, click the blue “register” link at the bottom right of the iSITE Ticketing System login page. For returning users, please enter your username and password.
First-time users will be asked to select the states that you need access to and what iSITE features you would like. You will then be asked to fill in your email address and create a password.
Ticket types that can be submitted online include:
- 2 Business Days ticket
- Emergency ticket (Only if you have submitted 40 tickets in a row without any errors)
- Agriculture
- Safety Notify
- Damage Notify
- Unknown Facility Notify
There is no charge for this service.
Note: Emergency Locate Requests Cannot Be Submitted Online

If after receiving a copy of your ticket and something is incorrect, please contact the Call Center at 811 ASAP to have it corrected.
